The dry-type submersible motor is a critical component in mining pump systems, and its performance depends largely on the materials and design of key parts. The windings are typically made from QYS epoxy-modified polyamide imide or polyester composite oil-resistant enameled wire, or from QQ-type polyvinyl acetal enameled wire that offers better oil resistance. The slot insulation and insulation layers are constructed using 0.25–0.30mm thick polyester film and polyester fiber composite foil (such as DMD or DMDM), with an additional layer of 0.05mm polyester film for extra protection. The motor is also coated with oil-resistant paints like 1033 epoxy or 1032 melamine paint, and undergoes vacuum pressure impregnation to ensure full coverage and protection against moisture and chemicals.
