Production process of extruded board

The production process of extruded boards is highly versatile, allowing the use of a multi-functional machine to create a wide range of products. These include lightweight thermal insulation composite panels in various thicknesses such as 5 cm, 10 cm, and 15 cm, as well as lightweight thermal insulation corrugated boards, building partition walls, color wave tiles in different sizes, construction formwork, fireproof boards, and inorganic glass steel insulated panels for chicken houses.

The extruded board is manufactured using a double-roll extrusion process, which ensures efficiency and precision. From sizing to spreading, compounding, and re-pressing, the entire production line completes the process in one go. This results in uniform and thin products that require only 4–6 workers, significantly reducing labor costs. The main advantages of these boards are their lightweight design, excellent thermal insulation properties, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation. The FRP layer can be adjusted with a flatness error as low as 0.001 mm, ensuring high-quality surface finish. The product’s surface is smooth and consistent, making it ideal for a variety of construction applications.
