Explode the traditional storage mode to see what is called living storage

The science and technology developments today saw a report on the bombing of the sky. Before entering the topic, we should first give everyone a picture.

how about it? What doorway did you see? I told you, ah, this full-screen mosaic really does not look good. This "Running Horse" was actually shot by a man called Edward McBride. He was trying to find out if all four hoofs could fall when the horse was running.
but! The point is coming! This video clip has recently been stored by scientists in living cells! What does it mean to insert video information into living DNA? This means that maybe one day in the future we can embed information in our own skin!
In fact, the idea of storing data in DNA is not new any longer. Scientists had previously stored information in synthetic DNA, though not biological DNA. In late January 2013, British scientists recently announced a groundbreaking research result. They have brought DNA into a revolutionary era of data storage. With palm-sized artificial DNA, they can accommodate up to 3 billion worldwide. With TB data, the research team has stored 154 Shakespeare sonnets, a photograph, a PDF scientific paper, and Martin Luther King, the US civil rights leader, in almost invisible trace amounts of DNA. "There is a dream" speech segment that can be read through DNA sequencing to convert it into computer code.
It is more difficult to store information in living DNA because the cells are always changing. Scientists today published an article published in the journal Nature. They used the bacteria's natural defense system to embed a hand and a five-frame clip from Eadweard Muybridge's "Human and Animal Movement" into E. coli. They perfectly reconstructed the image with a video accuracy of 90%. The technology uses the gene editing system CRISPR. When the virus attacks the bacteria, the bacteria use this defense mechanism to cut off part of the virus's DNA and paste it into its own DNA. This basically makes the viral DNA part of the bacterial cell. These sequences serve as a memory of virus intrusion so that if they are attacked again, the cells can go out and cut off the virus.

On the left is the image of a human hand, which is encoded as a nucleotide and captured by a CRISPR-Cas adaptation system in live bacteria. On the right is an image of several generations of bacterial growth, recovered by sequencing the bacterial genome.
These virus attacks are recorded in the opposite chronological order, so over time these sequences will become the physical, physical record of all the different viruses that invade. Researcher Seth Shipman, a research coordinator at Harvard University's neuroscience researcher, said the team decided to adopt this system in order to achieve its own ideas.
The images and video that the researchers pasted in E. coli consisted of black and white pixels. First, scientists encode pixels into DNA. Then, they run currents that open small channels on the cell wall so that DNA can flow in. In this step the CRISPR system grabbed the DNA and incorporated it into its own genome.
Once the information is inside, the next step is to retrieve it. As a result, the team sequenced E. coli DNA and successfully sequenced the original image using a computer program running the sequence. So, the horse race that you see at the top of the page is the computer's representation of the DNA sequence, because we can't see the DNA with the naked eye.
The choice of images and video is not random. Shipman said that the team hopes to "refer to some of the primitive images that humans once placed in the natural world," just like cave drawings. Similarly, this galloping horse is one of the first moving images, using new technologies in the 1970s. "We believe that we are also coding information into the natural world in new ways and should try and test things."

So far, this method cannot handle a lot of information. The video is only 36 x 26 pixels, considering that we can encode books and longer movies in synthetic DNA. Although this is not great, the new method of using living cells does create unlimited possibilities for our future.
For example, we can make cells record what happened in the nearby environment. As a neuroscientist, Shipman hopes to use the system one day to record events that occur over time, such as the formation of neurons in the brain. Yes, maybe one day you can embed "game of power" in your skin!

Straight Reamers are used to drill a hole in material with a pilot hole. In order to improve machining efficiency, we usually use the process strategy with a solid Carbide Drill and straight reamer reduces the processing time and produces a straight hole with tight tolerances and an excellent surface finish.

Advantage:

Unique guidepad geometry allows for excellent roundness and straightness, even in an interrupted cut condition.

Surface roughness is reduced obviously.

Reduced the machining time while maintaining a reliable process.

Features

With 4, 6 or 8 flute

Multi-diameter tool allowing for excellent hole size and concentricity between diameters.

Flexible in order quantity:

Samples can be provided before mass production, and MOQ can be discussed accordingly.
