During 1998-2001, I developed fiber whetstone, zirconia ceramic ferrule grinding wheel, centerless grinding wheel and grinding. Products such as composite grinding wheels have achieved good results.
At that time, the conditions were very poor. At the beginning, there was no program to control the oven. It was necessary to manually adjust the oven temperature. Therefore, the temperature should be adjusted every other hour every night. Many times the oven was turned off in the middle of the night. Sometimes, the sky is very dark, the bottom of the feet sticks to the leaves, the salad... the salad... I am very scared, sometimes I just pull the newlywed wife and go to the oven.
At this time, the benefits have been significantly improved, Zhu has begun to instigate and realize the "two keys" idea, product performance is imminent. That is, around 2000, after the department produced a certain scale, Director Qiu began to guide the technical staff to concentrate on product technology development. Afterwards, the market research began. Under the guidance of Deputy Director Liu Mingyao, I gradually sorted out the ideas, and successively declared and participated in the organization and implementation of the research institutes of the Ministry of Science and Technology, such as resin grinding discs, grinding silicon grinding wheels, high hardness sharpening grinding wheels.
