The third type is a double coating. Its process is that the first layer of coating (silver grey) is zinc-chromium inorganic coating, which is sintered and solidified in an oven above 320°C. It is tightly bonded to the substrate and has strong adhesion and will not peel off. The second coating layer (red) is an organic resin coating. After being cured at a high temperature of 180° C., the coating serves to seal the pores that may be present in the first coating layer, and prevents water from penetrating the substrate surface through the pores. The two coatings are tightly integrated and protected by double layers, making the radiator more resistant to corrosion and safer. In addition, consumers should also understand that, in order to allow consumers to have an intuitive understanding of the internal anti-corrosion coating, the general large radiator manufacturers will have a profile of the finished heat sink printed with the company's logo for consumer identification. The color of a good inner anti-corrosion coating is generally black or gray. In the process of processing the internal anti-corrosion process, the inferior radiator is used to replace the special anti-corrosion coating with low-cost anti-rust paint in order to achieve the purpose of cutting corners. Once the high-temperature water scours, the anti-rust paint peels off and the result does not reach the anti-corrosion effect.
