Special police units are equipped with a variety of high-tech tools tailored for different situations such as investigation, interception, and demolition. One such device is a portable car stopper, resembling a speed bump. When activated, it quickly raises hundreds of sharp needles that can puncture a tire within 10 seconds, causing the vehicle to lose all air pressure and stop within 20 meters.

Another remarkable tool is the "catching glove." These gloves, worn on both hands, act as a pair of electrodes. Once the switch is turned on, if an officer grabs a suspect’s hand, an electric shock is delivered instantly, rendering the suspect unable to resist. “This is essentially an electric glove,” said one officer. “It's extremely effective during arrests.”

There’s also a compact cutting pen, which looks like a regular pen but can generate temperatures exceeding thousands of degrees Celsius when activated. It’s used for cutting through metal materials, making it ideal for emergency demolition tasks.

Since the introduction of this enhanced patrol system in mid-March, there has been a noticeable drop in cases of theft, robbery, and fraud compared to the same period last year. Additionally, incidents involving financial crimes have also significantly decreased.

These new measures not only enhance public safety but also demonstrate the evolving strategies of law enforcement in modern cities. The combination of advanced technology and rigorous training enables the special police to maintain order effectively and respond swiftly to threats.
