One of the most impressive is the portable car stopper. When activated, it spreads across the road like a speed bump. Within seconds, hundreds of sharp needles rise from the ground, puncturing tires and causing vehicles to lose all air pressure within just 20 meters. This device is highly effective in stopping fleeing suspects quickly and safely.

Another remarkable tool is the "catching glove." These gloves, worn on both hands, are designed to deliver an electric shock upon contact. When a special officer grabs a suspect’s hand, pressing a switch activates a powerful electric current that instantly incapacitates the individual. “This is more than just a glove—it's a powerful tool for subduing criminals without causing serious harm,” explained one officer.

In addition, there is the "cutting pen," a compact device resembling a regular pen. When activated, it can generate temperatures exceeding thousands of degrees Celsius, allowing it to cut through metal materials quickly. It is primarily used for emergency demolition or breaking into locked spaces during operations.

Since the introduction of this enhanced patrol system in mid-March, the city has seen a significant drop in cases of robbery and theft compared to the same period last year. Moreover, incidents involving financial fraud have also decreased noticeably.
