1. When handling imported bearings, it's important to document the process thoroughly. Before removing the bearing, take photographs or notes to record its condition. Also, check the remaining lubricant and take a sample if necessary before proceeding with removal.
2. The removal process typically involves two stages: rough cleaning and fine cleaning. To begin, place a metal mesh frame at the bottom of the container to prevent damage during washing.
3. During the rough cleaning phase, use a brush to remove any grease or adhesive from the surface of the bearing. If you're immersing the bearing in oil, be cautious—foreign particles can cause damage to the rolling surfaces.
