1. Electrical Performance Specifications 1. Contact Resistance Test: Tested under a small current (100 mA). Requirement: Must be below 30 milliohms. 2. Insulation Resistance Test: Apply 500V DC for 1 minute and test using the following contact method: (1) Between the contact terminals. (2) Between the plastic body and the base. Requirement: Must reach more than 100 megohms. 3. Withstand Voltage Test: Apply AC 500V (50-60Hz), with a sensitivity current of 0.5mA, for 1 minute. Test as follows: (1) Between the legs and between the base. (2) Between the legs and the housing. No insulation damage or other anomalies allowed. 2. Mechanical Performance Specifications 1. Operating Force: Standard is 250 ± 50gf. 2. Terminal Strength: Apply 500gf force to the terminal in any direction for 1 minute. No cracks or looseness in the base. Requirement: Must meet mechanical and electrical standards. 3. Test Conditions: Standard test conditions for temperature, humidity, and air pressure are not specified. (1) Temperature: 5°C ~ 35°C (2) Humidity: 45% ~ 85% (3) Air Pressure: 80kPa ~ 106kPa 3. Durability 1. Solderability Test: Immerse the terminal top in a solder bath at 230 ± 5°C, depth of 1 mm, for 3 ± 0.5 seconds. Note: (1) Soldering time must be less than 3 seconds. (2) Solder coverage should be over 80%. 2. Solder Resistance Test: For wave soldering: control temperature at 260 ± 5°C, for 3 ± 0.5 seconds, with a substrate thickness of 1.0mm. For hand soldering: control temperature at 320 ± 5°C, for 3 ± 0.5 seconds. Requirement: No deformation of the body, and mechanical and electrical properties must be satisfied. 3. Life Test: No load: Perform 100,000 cycles at 60 cycles per minute. Requirements: (1) Contact resistance must not exceed 200mΩ. (2) All other properties must meet mechanical and electrical standards. 4. Heat Resistance Test: Place in an environment of 85 ± 2°C for 96 hours, then allow to cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Requirement: No abnormal appearance, and mechanical and electrical performance must be maintained. 5. Cold Resistance Test: Place in an environment of 40 ± 2°C, with relative humidity of 90~96% for 96 hours. Then move to normal conditions for 1 hour. Requirement: No abnormal appearance, and mechanical and electrical performance must be satisfied. 6. Moisture Test: Same conditions as cold resistance test. Requirement: No abnormal appearance, and mechanical and electrical performance must be satisfied. Brief Introduction to Toggle Switches: Toggle switches are used to turn circuits on or off by manually moving the switch handle. Common types include single-pole double-throw (SPDT), single-pole triple-throw (SPDT), double-pole double-throw (DPDT), and double-pole triple-throw (DPTT). They are widely used in low-voltage applications, offering smooth operation, stability, and reliability. Toggle switches are commonly found in instruments, electronic toys, fax machines, audio devices, medical equipment, beauty appliances, and other electronic products. Classification of Toggle Switches: Toggle switches can be divided into small current and large current types. Small current models are typically used in electronics, digital communication devices, and similar applications. Large current models are used in household appliances, machinery, and industrial systems. Specifications and Electrical Performance: Rated Power: DC 50V 0.3A Operating Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 60°C Overall Performance: Toggle switches are designed to provide reliable switching in various environments. Their performance includes stable contact resistance, high insulation resistance, and excellent mechanical durability. Slide switch performance, technical parameters, test report, and specifications Toggle switches are essential components in many electronic and electrical systems. Whether you're looking for standard or custom solutions, choosing the right toggle switch ensures safe and efficient circuit control.
