1. Electrical Performance Specifications 1. Contact Resistance Test: Conducted under a small current (100 mA). Requirement: Must be less than 30 milliohms. 2. Insulation Resistance Test: Apply 500V DC for 1 minute, and test using the following contact method: (1) Between the contact terminals. (2) Between the plastic body and the base. Requirement: Must be more than 100 megohms. 3. Withstand Voltage Test: Apply AC 500V (50-60Hz) voltage, with a sensitivity current of 0.5mA. Test using the following contact method: (1) Between the contacts and between the legs. (2) Between the contacts and the housing. No insulation damage or other anomalies should occur. 2. Mechanical Performance Specifications 1. Operating Force: Standard is 250 ± 50 gf. 2. Terminal Strength: Apply 500gf force to the tip in any direction for 1 minute. No cracks, looseness, or deformation in the terminal row. Requirement: Meet both mechanical and electrical standards. 3. Test Conditions: Temperature: 5°C ~ 35°C Humidity: 45% ~ 85% Air Pressure: 80kPa ~ 106kPa 3. Durability Tests 1. Solderability Test: Immerse the terminal top in a solder bath at 230 ± 5°C for 3 ± 0.5 seconds, with a depth of 1mm. Note: (1) Soldering time must be less than 3 seconds. (2) The soldered area must be over 80%. 2. Solder Resistance Test: When using a solder furnace, control temperature at 260 ± 5°C for 3 ± 0.5 seconds. For manual soldering, maintain 320 ± 5°C for 3 ± 0.5 seconds. Requirement: No deformation of the body, and meet mechanical and electrical requirements. 3. Life Test: No-load test: Perform 100,000 cycles at 60 cycles per minute. Requirement: (1) Contact resistance must not exceed 200mΩ. (2) All other aspects must meet mechanical and electrical standards. 4. Heat Resistance Test: Place in an environment of 85 ± 2°C for 96 hours, then allow to return to room temperature for 1 hour. Requirement: No visual defects, and all electrical and mechanical functions remain normal. 5. Cold Resistance Test: Place in a 40 ± 2°C environment with 90~96% relative humidity for 96 hours, then return to normal conditions for 1 hour. Requirement: No visible damage, and all functions remain normal. 6. Moisture Test: Same as cold resistance test. Requirement: No visible damage, and all functions remain normal. Brief Introduction of the Slide Switch Slide switches are widely used in various electronic devices for controlling circuit connections. They are commonly found in low-voltage applications due to their stable operation and reliable performance. These switches are ideal for use in instruments, electronic toys, fax machines, audio equipment, medical devices, beauty tools, and more. Classification of Slide Switches Slide switches can be categorized into small current and large current types. Small current switches are typically used in electronic toys and digital communication devices, while large current switches are often used in home appliances and industrial machinery. Specifications and Electrical Performance Rated Power: DC 50V, 0.3A Operating Temperature Range: -20°C ~ 60°C Slide Switch Performance Overview Slide switches are known for their durability, ease of use, and stability.
