One. Preparation before starting
1. The CMM has strict requirements on the environment, and the temperature and humidity should be strictly controlled according to the contract requirements;
2. The CMM uses air-floating bearings, which theoretically will never wear the structure, but if the air source is not clean, there is oil. Water or impurities will cause the air bearing to block, and in serious cases, the air bearing and air guide will be scratched, with serious consequences. So check the air source of the machine tool every day, release water and oil. Clean the filter and oil-water separator regularly. Attention should also be paid to the air source of the pre-stage air source of the machine tool (air compressor or gas storage tank with centralized air supply) should also be checked regularly;
3. The machining accuracy of the guide rail of the CMM is very high, and the gap with the air bearing is very small. If there is dust or other impurities on the guide rail, it is easy to cause scratches on the air bearing and the guide rail. Therefore, the guide rail of the machine should be cleaned every time the machine is started. The metal guide rail is wiped with aviation gasoline (120 or 180 gasoline), and the granite guide rail is wiped with absolute ethanol.
4. Remember to not give any kind of grease on any guide during maintenance;
5. Regularly apply a small amount of anti-rust oil to polished rods, screw rods and racks;
6. When the CMM is not used for a long time, make preparations before starting the machine: control the temperature and humidity in the room (more than 24 hours), and in the humid environment in the south, the electric control cabinet should be opened regularly to make the circuit board It is also fully dried to avoid damage to the electronic control system due to sudden power up after being wet. Then check whether the gas source and power supply are normal;
7. Check the power supply before starting the machine. If necessary, configure a regulated power supply. Check the grounding regularly. The grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms.
two. working
1. Before the tested parts are placed on the workbench for testing, they should be cleaned and deburred to prevent the residual coolant and processing residues on the parts surface after processing to affect the measurement accuracy of the measuring machine and the service life of the tip;
2. The measured parts should be kept at a constant temperature in the room before the measurement. If the temperature difference is too large, it will affect the measurement accuracy;
3. Large and heavy parts should be handled gently when placed on the workbench to avoid violent collisions that could damage the workbench or parts. If necessary, a thick piece of rubber can be placed on the workbench to prevent collision;
4. After placing small and light parts on the workbench, the measurement should be performed after tightening, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be affected;
5. During the working process, when the measuring base rotates (especially with the extension rod), it must be far away from the parts to avoid collision;
6. If an abnormal noise or sudden emergency occurs during the work process, please do not disassemble and repair it by yourself. Please contact our company in time. The company will arrange strictly trained personnel to go and promise to help customers solve the problem at the fastest speed.
3. After the operation
1. Please move the Z axis to the bottom, but avoid the tip from hitting the workbench;
2. Clean the work surface after the work is completed;
3. Check the guide rail, if there is a watermark, please check the filter in time. If there are scratches or bruises, please contact the company in time to avoid greater losses;
4. After the work is finished, turn off the machine's air supply.
