(-)-General safety requirements
1. Put the clutch and shift lever in the neutral position when starting the engine. When driving, a signal should be sent to confirm that no one in front of the road, track or tire has nothing to drive. The track must be stopped when parking.
2. Personnel on the road may not go up and down the locomotive or transfer objects, but may not straddle the locomotive and the mechanical equipment being towed. Turning and lateral driving are prohibited during work on steep slopes. When the slope is down, it is not allowed to slide in the air. When the tracked locomotive goes up and down, it is not allowed to shift gears.
3. Do not perform any work under the locomotive while the engine is running. Repair and adjustment work shall not be carried out while driving.
4. When crossing obstacles such as exposed pipes, cables, wire ropes, etc., it should be paved with wooden or wooden board protection.
5. If there are underground pipelines, cables, buildings and structures during construction, they should stop immediately and report to the relevant units and departments for handling. It is forbidden to drag, push or shovel objects buried in the underground.
6. If the engine is stopped when working on a slope, the car must be stopped and the track plugged. When the driver leaves the locomotive at work, the bucket or fork should be lowered and the engine should be turned off.
7. The wire rope is forbidden to be used for rope. If the wire rope on the winch is twisted, it must be arranged beforehand. Wear and corrosion exceeding the allowable limit should be replaced in time.
(2) Tractor
1. When the tractor is pulling unmanned mechanical equipment, no one is allowed to sit on the towed object. When there is someone between the locomotive and the towed object, you must not drive. When using a wire rope to pull heavy objects, nearby people can walk away after they are far away.
2. The mechanical equipment to be towed should have a firm connection.
3. When hauling special components, there should be a special person command.
(3) Bulldozer
1. When pushing the soil to the edge of the slope, the shovel should not push out the edge. And the gear should be lifted after the gear is changed.
2. When there are large stones, obstacles or pits in the workplace, it should be removed or filled in advance. When using bulldozers to remove buildings, trees, electric columns, etc. above the body, take safety measures and select favorable terrain.
3. When the steep slope is down, the shovel should be put down to touch the ground and reversed.
4. The shovel must be lowered during maintenance. If you want to check under the shovel, you must use a wooden block to secure it. When the shovel is suspended, it is strictly forbidden to check or work under the shovel.
(four) scraper
1. When the bucket is not fixed in the transportation state, it is forbidden to travel. A safety wire rope must be installed between the Dongfanghong tractor and the bucket.
2. When the scraper is on the slope, it is forbidden to retreat downwards to unload the soil.
3. When the scraper is driving and working, no man is allowed on the bucket or rack. The plate-type bucket is strictly prohibited from working at the rear of the bucket after the pusher is moved.
4. When working in multiple machines, the distance between the two machines should be kept at least 20 meters.
5. The handling of the bucket during maintenance and inspection operations refers to the requirements for the dozer blade (ie, “Bulldozerâ€, Article 4).
(5) Excavator
1. The shovel should not be too deep in the operation, and the bucket should not be too strong. When the bucket is fully loaded, the inclination of the boom must not be changed.
2. During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to rotate when the bucket does not leave the working surface, or to scrape the soil with the side of the bucket and side impact of the working surface with the bucket.
3. When excavating the cliff, pay attention to the rock falling and injuring or damaging the object. When digging trenches, the station should maintain a certain safe distance from the trench to prevent rollover.
4. When unloading the car, the bucket should be low. Put it into the car and open the bottom to unload the soil. Do not cross the bucket from the car cab. Unloading operations are prohibited when there are people or obstacles under the work surface.
5. When driving the mobile excavator, the rotary table should be stopped, the boom bar should be parallel to the track, and the head should not exceed 1 m from the ground. When going uphill, the crawler drive wheel should be on the left rear. When the slope is downhill, the crawler drive wheel is on the front and the boom is on the back. Generally, the slope should not exceed 20 degrees above and below.
6. When the excavator stops working, the bucket must be grounded and must not be suspended in the air.
7. Hydraulic excavators should be observed when operating.
(6) Universal loader
1, can not exceed the specified load capacity loading and unloading. Goods that are not overweight but not large in size and whose center of gravity is unstable may not be carried.
2. It is forbidden to lift the cargo when the elevator is tilted forward. The elevator cannot be driven when it has not been fully tilted backwards. Lifting objects must be done after braking. The minimum point of the bucket or fork when driving should be 300 to 400 mm from the ground, and there should be no people on the bucket and fork.
3. When picking up the goods with a bucket, apply a low speed forward within 8 to 4 meters of the cargo. If you need to push the goods, you should not use too much force.
4. The center of gravity of the cargo should be in the middle of the two fork arms. It is forbidden to lift the cargo with a fork arm.
5. When the wheel is removed from the ground after losing stability, the heavy object should be dropped immediately.
