The accuracy of the rolling bearing is divided into (primary) scale accuracy and rotation accuracy. The accuracy grade has been standardized; it is divided into six grades, 6X grade, 6 grade, 5 grade, 4 grade, 2 grade and 6 grades.
Accuracy progresses from level 0; it is satisfied with the usual use level 0; but when used in the conditions or occasions shown in Table 1; requires accuracy of level 5 or higher.
The above accuracy grades are based on the ISO specification; however, their titles differ in national specifications.
Rotation accuracy (items related to the rotation of the rotating body)
1. The inner ring and outer ring allow radial runout and axial runout
2, the inner ring promises lateral bounce
3. The amount of change in the inclination of the outer diameter surface
4. The variation of the thickness of the thrust bearing raceway
5, the acceptance error of the tapered hole and the amount of change in the promise
