2. Can you provide free samples?
If our existing product can be provided free of charge,  If it is in stock, it can be delivered on that day. if we need to customize it, we will receive some sample fees, the date of delivery is 5-8 days.we welcome your test and trial order.

3. What is the difference between 201# and 304# stainless steel products antirust ability?
A. 201# stainless steel products because of low nickel content, usually under normal humidity, can only guarantee that 8-10 months time does not rust.
B. 304# stainless steel products, with high nickel content, usually do not rust in 3 years or so under normal humidity.

4. How many times can the hinge be rotated normally?
A. Common small hinges: normal rotation 20 thousand times in the load range.
B. Long piano hinge: normal rotation 10 thousand times in the load range.

5. Will the core of the piano hinge fall off?
A. The piano hinge, a hinge with a thickness of less than 1.5mm, will not loosen due to the small force.
B. The piano hinge, with a material thickness of more than 1.5 mm and heavy load, is recommended to be welded and reinforced at one end of the hinge, so as not to fall off.

C. Piano hinge: according to the size and weight, about 20kg a bundle, packed in cartons.

8. What is your MOQ?
A. Small hinge with stock: the order quantity is 100 pcs, the long hinge is 10 pcs.
B. No stock small hinge: 1000 pcs. (for customization, you need to pay for the mold fee)
C. No stock piano hinge: the order quantity is 100 pcs. (if the hole is made according to the requirements, the punch cost must be paid.).
