3 When the cutting is completed, check whether the data of the shear plate is consistent with the processing sequence. The tolerance is ±1.0mm.

2 When machining, the processing drawing must be re-analyzed, confirmed, and finalized.

3 Operation This item must require one person responsible for control. The direction of the planing must be from left to right, from top to bottom, and the reverse cut must not be performed. 4 Plane adjust the display to the required size first. When the test is opened, use a small piece of composite plate as the debugging of the planing. The debugging effect must be in accordance with the requirements of the composite plate planing, and the depth of the planing must ensure that the thickness of the back polyethylene is Between 0.3mm and 0.5mm, the slot width is between 3mm and 4mm, which must not affect the appearance of the back face. The tolerance of the position of the slot is ±0.5mm.

(6) Bending:

1 Be careful not to bend repeatedly, avoid fatigue damage, and bend twice more. The allowable error is ±1.0mm.

2 After bending, use the back of the blade of the wallpaper to lightly scratch the protective film of the composite plate. Be careful not to scratch the surface of the plate. The position is about 4mm from the bend, and then remove the protective film.

(7) Panels and reinforcement:

1 Clean the composite board, frame, ribs and 3M tape joints with isopropanol/water mixture (1:1) or xylene.

The 23M adhesive tape is first bonded with the frame and ribs. During operation, the 3M adhesive tape and the cleaned surface after the film tearing must not be touched by hand or other objects.

3 Place the attached box with 3M adhesive tape into the composite box tray, and tap the box with your hand or a plastic hammer so that the composite plate bends into the groove of the frame so that the 3M adhesive tape and the composite plate are firmly bonded. Flap seam gap is less than 0.4mm.

4 According to the requirements of the design drawings, use the drilling template to drill, the distance between the blind rivets is 350mm, the row of holes is arranged from the two ends to the middle, and then the self-tapping screws or blind rivets are installed.

5 The ribs and the composite plate are closely attached, and the intersection of the two ends of the ribs and the folding edge of the composite plate is adopted. Self-tapping screws or blind rivets are used, and care must be taken not to damage the panel facing.

(8) Recheck:

1 The allowable deviation of the length and width dimensions of assembled plates is ±1.5mm; the allowable deviation of diagonal dimensions is ≤2.5mm; the thickness of plates is ±0.5mm; the allowable deviation of angles of the angle plates is ±0.5°; exceeding this data is unqualified.

2Review whether the processing procedures are carried out according to requirements and whether the processed results are qualified.

(9) Storage:

After passing the inspection, the veneers and ornaments face each other and are placed on the designated product shelf at an angle of 80° to the horizontal. Pay attention to handling, the plate can not be lifted flat, requiring side handling, to avoid deformation of the plate.
