How to properly install the gas detector

The gas detector installation site shall meet the requirements of Article 3.2.15 of this regulation. When the flammable gas alarm controller is installed on the wall, the height of the bottom edge from the ground should be 1.3~1.5m. The side near the door axis is not far from the wall. Should be less than 0.5m, the operating surface should have a 1.2m wide operating distance; when the floor is installed, the bottom edge should be 0.1-0.2m above the ground. The flammable gas alarm controller should be installed firmly and should not be inclined; when it is installed on a light wall, reinforcement measures should be taken.

Gas detector installation should meet the following requirements

1. The detector can only be installed when it is about to be commissioned. It should be properly kept before commissioning and should be protected against dust, moisture and corrosion.

2. It should be firmly installed, and it must be reliably crimped or welded to the wire. When using soldering, corrosive fluxes should not be used.

3. The detector connection wire should have a margin of not less than 150mm, and should be clearly marked on its end.
4. The threading hole should be blocked, and the installed detectors should be protected.

Cable or wire requirements introduced into the controller

1. The wiring should be neat, should not cross, and should be firmly fixed;

2. The ends of the cable cores and the assigned conductors shall be marked with the numbers and be in accordance with the drawings. The handwriting shall be clear and not easily faded;

3. Each terminal of the terminal board shall not have more than 2 wiring connections; cable cores and conductors shall have a margin of not less than 200mm;

4. The wires shall be bundled into bundles; after the wires are passed through the pipe and trunking, the nozzles and notches shall be plugged.

Manual alarm trigger device installation

When installed on a wall, the floor height from the bottom edge of the building should be 1.3 to 1.5 m; it should be securely mounted and not tilted; the connection lead should have a margin of not less than 150 mm, and there should be a clear mark on its end.

System grounding installation

1. The metal shell of the AC/DC power supply equipment with a voltage of more than 36V in the system shall be protected by grounding. The grounding wire shall be connected to the PE grounding conductor (PE).

2. After the grounding device is completed, measure the grounding resistance and make a record. Its grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω.

Supporting equipment installation

1. The input module and output control module should not exceed 20m from the signal source equipment and the linked equipment. When using metal hoses to protect the connection line, the tube card should be used for fixing. The fixed point spacing should not exceed 0.5m.

2. The manual control device for valves, fans and other equipment shall be installed according to the requirements of the manual alarm triggering device; the sound and light alarm device shall be installed at a place about 3m away from the ground without any shelter.

  Talc (Talc) is a layered silicate which is a hydrate.
 Theory of MgO style chemical formula 3, 4 - SiO2, H2O, and the theory of chemical composition as follows: 31.68% MgO style SiO2 H2O 63.47% to 4.75%, the natural quality of pure talc ore are very few, most associated with other mineral impurities, common associated minerals include chlorite, serpentine, magnesite, tremolite, dolomite, etc.
Talc is often white, light green, microstrip pink, light grey, with impurities the more the color is deeper, even dark grey, black.
Monoclinic crystal system, ore presents flaky, fibrous and dense.
Pearly luster or oily luster, the heating effect of the talc are substantially heated, lose adsorbed water during 120 ~ 200 ℃, 600 ℃ when begin to lose part of the structure of water, until 1050 when the structure all the water out.
The best way to identify talc is to conduct X-ray diffraction analysis or thermal analysis.
