Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
Factory inspection
The product must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped.
Factory inspection is in accordance with QB/T 2828. The sampling plan with normal inspection level I is used. The inspection sequence, inspection items, unqualified classification and qualified quality level shall be in accordance with the provisions of the People's Republic of China Light Industry Standard Ball Door Lock QB/T 2476-2000. Upon inspection and judgment that the batch is a qualified batch, the supplier shall replace the detected non-conforming product with a qualified product before it can be delivered. If the batch is judged to be unqualified, the batch of products shall be returned to the supplier in full, and after finishing, the inspection shall be submitted again according to the strict inspection of the sampling plan.
Type test
The product shall be type tested in one of the following cases.
a) Trial-type identification of new or old products to the factory;
b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes, which may affect product performance;
c) a type inspection is carried out once a year during formal production;
d) After the product is discontinued for half a year, when the production is resumed;
e) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection;
f) When the national quality supervision agency proposes to carry out type inspection requirements.
Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the factory inspection qualified batch.
Type inspection According to the provisions of QB/T 2829, a sampling plan of discriminant level II is adopted. The group, inspection sequence, inspection item, unqualified classification, unqualified quality level, sample size and judgment array shall comply with Table 9.
The product is tested for its robustness according to function and use.
