Practice of reforming the air supply duct of clean coal filter press: In the air supply pipeline of the clean coal filter press of the coal preparation plant, various valves are not working properly due to the mixed air source with fine coal slime, and the service life is short. The normal production of the filter press; after taking measures to purify and control the wind source, separate the control duct and the working duct, and change the pneumatic butterfly valve into a pneumatic ball valve, the working efficiency of the filter press is improved, and the use of various valves is prolonged. Life expectancy has achieved good economic benefits.
1 Introduction of XMZG100/1090—U-type filter press The clean coal filter press used in the coal preparation plant is the XMZG100/1090-U diaphragm automatic control filter press, the matching automatic control system and the gate in the blow press system. Both use pneumatic butterfly valves. The pressure gas generated by the pressure fan is concentrated to a main road via three wind bags, and then into the press and blow system of three pressure filter tanks and three clean coal filter presses. A shut-off valve and a check valve are installed on all air supply lines. The pneumatic butterfly valve is controlled by a solenoid valve, and the working air line of the solenoid valve is called a control system. Figure 1 is a schematic view of a supply system of a clean coal filter press.
2 Problems existing before the transformation The schematic diagram of the air piping of the pressure fan before the transformation is shown in Figure 2. In theory, the air supply system of the clean coal filter press is feasible, but the accidents occur frequently in actual work and cannot be produced normally. After half a year of production practice, four problems were found.
(1) Because the air duct and the coal mud pipe have intersections, the air source in the air duct is mixed with coal mud particles. When the fine particles pass through the electromagnetic valve, the passage of the electromagnetic valve is blocked, so that the pneumatic butterfly valve cannot move or move. Did not do well.
(2) The fine-grained coal slurry is easy to precipitate in the valve body where the over-flow is not smooth, so that the butterfly valve's gate is not moved, the gate valve moves frequently, and the deposited fine coal slurry is more and more, and more and more Hard, the gate valve does not work properly. At the same time, the solenoid valve is affected, so that the solenoid valve has an error message.
(3) The shut-off valve will not function due to the precipitation of fine coal slime. A small part of the slime water can enter the air duct through the shut-off valve in reverse, contaminating the gas source.
(4) When the level gauge fails, the slime water in the concentrate tank will enter the wind blower of the pressure blower through the shut-off valve, polluting the gas source, causing all the solenoid valves to malfunction, and the pneumatic butterfly valve cannot work normally.
3 Improvement measures In response to the above problems, improvement measures such as purifying the control air source, separating the control air duct and the working air duct, and the modified air pipeline are adopted.
