1. Construction method of wood base color mixing paint
Construction steps:
Primary treatment: The wood surface of the wood hair, edges with more than No. 1 sandpaper grinding, grinding the plane after the first grinding angle, to be polished along the wood grain, if there is a small living skin, heavy leather can be stuck glue firmly. In knot-and-oil spots, paint with alcohol.
Brush base oil: The oil can be properly tinted with pigment to avoid brushing. Brushing sequence: from outside to inside, from left to right, from top to bottom, along the wood brushing.
Wiping putty: Putty is mostly gypsum putty. Putty should not be soft, not hard, not honeycomb, picking silk is not appropriate. When scratching, it should be straightened and putty put into the nail holes and cracks. If the crack is large, apply a horn board to fill the crack with putty. Surface putty should be scraped and there should be no residue.
Matte paper: sanded with No. 1 sandpaper. When grinding, care should be taken not to wear the coating and protect the corners. After wiping, wipe with a damp cloth. For high quality requirements, increase the number of putty and sanding.
Brush the thick paint for the first time: Brush the thick paint. The construction sequence is the same as that for brush base oil. It should be noted that the thickness of the thick paint is based on the bottom, no runny, and no brush marks. When brushing should be uniform thickness.
After the thick paint dries out, shrink or scrape the bottom putty, then wipe it again with gypsum putty. After the putty is dry, polish it with sandpaper.
Brush thick paint the second time: brush the second time thick paint the same construction method as the first pass.
Brush reconciliation lacquer: The brushing method is the same as thick lacquer construction method. Due to the large consistency of the lacquer lacquer, the brush should be brushed and multi-edged, full of paint, and agile in action, so that the coating can be painted brightly, evenly, and uniformly in color. Check it thoroughly after brushing, if any, repair it in time.
