New techniques for planting straw mushrooms

Straw mushroom is rich in nutrients and delicious. Each 100 g of fresh mushrooms contains 207.7 mg of vitamin C, 2.6 g of sugar, 2.68 g of crude protein, 2.24 g of fat, and 0.91 g of ash. The mushroom protein contains 18 kinds of amino acids, of which the essential amino acids account for 40.47-44.47%. In addition, it also contains various mineral elements such as phosphorus, potassium and calcium. Here are some new techniques for planting straw mushrooms.

Cultivation season: The suitable temperature range for growth of straw mycelium is 15~35°C, the optimum temperature is 30~35°C, the temperature of fruit body growth is 26~34°C, and the optimum temperature is 28~30°C. It takes about one month from the end of the pile to the end of the mushrooming. It is the type with the highest temperature and the shortest growth cycle of the cultivated edible fungi. According to the temperature requirements of straw mushrooms, the appropriate cultivation period can be selected everywhere. Cultivation materials: cottonseed shell, waste cotton, wheat straw, straw, corn cob, corn stover, peanut shell and cultivated oyster mushroom can be used. Use fresh, mold-free fresh grass. Site selection and processing can be produced in vegetable sheds, mushroom sheds, indoors, outdoors, under trees, in Yangshuo, Daejeon, orchards. Cover the greenhouse and sterilize it with lime powder before use. The old mushroom shed should be fumigated and sterilized by insecticide.

Raw material processing: In the vicinity of the mushroom shed, dig a pit of 6 meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 0.8 meters deep (the size of the pit can be flexibly controlled according to the amount of raw materials). The excavated soil is planted around the pit to increase the depth of the pit to 1.5 meters. A thick plastic film is placed in the pit, and then a layer of forage is laid, and this is done until the top layer is lime powder, and the total amount of lime is about 8% of the total amount of the grass. Precipitate on the forage to prevent the forage from floating. Finally, pour water into the pit until there is no forage. At the same time, the bran of 8% to 10% of the total wheat straw is immersed in a bag and soaked for 24 to 36 hours.

Into the shed, build the pool, sowing: pick out the soaked grass, drain it for half an hour and then enter the shed. It is built from north to south and has a width of 0.9 to 1.0 meters. First lay a layer of grass about 20 cm thick and then sprinkle with 1 layer of treated bran. Flatten by hand, slightly compacted and then sown the first layer. According to the seeding rate of 0.75 kg per square meter, 1/3 of the strains were taken out, and the blocks of the size of the thumb were smashed. According to the specifications of the hole distance and the line spacing of about 10 cm, two lines of bacteria were ordered on both sides of the wow. In the middle part, because the material temperature will be too high and burn the bacteria, it will not be broadcast. After that, a layer of grass and bran with a thickness of about 15 cm was laid, and the remaining 3/2 strains were all spotted on the entire bed. Finally, a layer of forage is sprinkled thinly on the bed to protect the bacteria. After proper compaction with wooden boards, the ridges are curved to cover the soil. The total thickness of the material is 30 to 35 cm, and the width of the apron is 30 cm.

Covering soil and cover film: After pressing the trampoline into an arc shape, cover a layer of 2-4 cm thick sticky soil on the material surface. Some fermented fermented manure can be mixed in the aisle. After covering the soil, cover the surface of the bed with a layer of agricultural film to keep warm and moisturize. The used film should be disinfected with lime water or potassium permanganate before use. After the film is finished, a thermometer is inserted into the material, and the temperature is observed every day to control it within a suitable range. Do not exceed 40 °C, if it is over, immediately remove the membrane ventilation, and use a wooden stick to cool the heat on the trampoline. After the seedlings were covered for 3 days, the diaphragm was ventilated several times a day for 10-30 minutes each time. By the 7th to 8th days, the strain can be covered with the bed surface. In this case, the arch should be arched on the trampoline and covered with a film. Open the two sides of the arch shed and ventilate them at both ends. Do not cover them too tightly on both sides. If the temperature and humidity are suitable, you can also use the arch shed.

Ru Management: 10 days after sowing, it will begin to produce Ru, and this should be done, pay attention to the ventilation of the diaphragm. When there are many mushrooms, water is poured in the aisle to moisturize and cool down. If the temperature and humidity are suitable, the membrane should be removed to prevent the high temperature from causing the mushroom bud to die. If the trampoline is too dry, you can dig a small pit in the shed, spread the film, put in cold water, and spray the bed surface after preheating. Harvested 2 to 3 days after harvesting, 4 to 5 days per tidal, 2 to 3 times per day. After 3 to 5 days, the second mushroom is produced again. Generally, a 3 to 4 mushroom can be collected, and the whole mushroom period is 20 to 25 days.
