Classification of concrete jets

Concrete jets are the main equipment used in the construction of shotcrete and are divided into dry, semi-wet (wet) and wet types according to the shotcrete process.
1. Dry concrete jet dry concrete jet has the advantages of long conveying distance, low working air pressure, small nozzle pulse, simple process equipment, good adaptability to seepage rock face, and dry mixes can be stored for a long time.
2. Semi-wet type concrete jets Semi-wet type tidal concrete jets are based on dry concrete jets and overcome some of the deficiencies of dry concrete jets. Technical performance indicators have been greatly improved. The semi-wet concrete sprayer is basically the same in construction as the dry concrete sprayer.
3. Compared with dry concrete jet machines, wet concrete jets have the advantages of concrete entering the jet engine or allowing enough mixing water in the jet machine. The water-cement ratio can be controlled accurately. It is evenly mixed, which is beneficial to the hydration of cement. Therefore, the dust on the construction site is small, the rebound rate is low, the concrete layer has good homogeneity, and the strength is high. It is a technical equipment with relatively high economic benefits.
