Recently, researchers at the University of Rochester in the United States first measured the beam emitted by photoluminescence on suspended nanodiamonds in free space; the experiment used a laser to hold the nanodiamond in the air, and then irradiated the diamond with another laser. Make it glow in a fixed frequency form. The research results were published on Optics Letters.

Optics professor Nick Vamivakas led the experimental project. He said that the laser potential trap technology can suspend diamond particles of 100 nanometers (one thousandth of the diameter of a hair) in free space. Now, his team has successfully suspended nano-diamonds and measured photoluminescence from diamond defects; given this technology, researchers will next open up new technological applications in quantum information and quantum computing. Optical mechanical resonators are a significant application of this technology.

Vamivakas explained that an optomechanical resonator is a structure in which a vibrating system can be light-controlled. In a test conducted by Nick Vamivakas, the vibrating system is a suspended nano-diamond. "We are still exploring the specifics of the test, but in theory we are confident that the information will be compiled into the diamond vibration system and then read out by diamond illumination."

This nanostructured optomechanical resonator can be used in high-sensitivity sensors to measure small displacements of metal plates and mirrors in microchip devices and to help people understand friction from nanometer concepts.

Nano-diamond suspension technology is much superior to traditional optomechanical oscillators because it does not rely on any large device structure to make it easier to dissipate heat; and sensitive and unstable quantum coherence is more durable in this system, related The experimental results will be better.

The light emitted by the nano-diamond comes from the photoluminescence effect. The internal defects of the diamond absorb the photons emitted by the laser (the laser is a laser that illuminates the diamond, not the laser that suspends the diamond), thereby activating the entire nano-diamond suspension system and changing it. Spin state; the system becomes loose and begins to emit photons. This process is also known as the light pumping.

The diamond defect in the system, also known as nitrogen vacancies (NV), is due to the replacement of one or more carbon atoms in the diamond structure by a nitrogen atom. In the chemical structure of the system, lasers of different energies are more likely to activate electrons at the nitrogen position. Previous experiments have shown that the diamond nitrogen vacancy center is a good and stable single photon source, which is why researchers choose nanodiamond as a suspension object. Crawling Robot Pipe Inspection,is one intelligent inspection robot. it controlled by the control box, matched with the different length cable ,and High Pixel camera.

Crawling inspection camera, can creep into the underground pipe, to check the problem in the pipe, and video and image can display on the screen in real time, thus peopel can find the problem in the pipe, then solve it.

Thus can save some time, cost , and make work high efficiently.
