The Sino-Japanese grass-roots friendly technical cooperation implemented in our district was examined in the “Ningxia mulberry cultivation and feed for the popularization and promotion of herbivorous livestockâ€. Experts have inspected the implementation sites of Yinchuan Yilin Environmental Construction Co., Ltd., Wuzhonghongsibao Tianyuan Farm, Lingwu Green Source Linmu Professional Cooperative, and Qingtongxia Maofeng Agriculture, Forestry and Animal Husbandry Technology Development Cooperative. On June 4, 2013, the project team held a special symposium. The Chinese and Japanese experts agreed that after more than three years of research and development and promotion, the project achieved the expected goals under the joint efforts of the project implementation units.
Sino-Japanese grassroots friendly cooperation (partner type) - Ningxia feed mulberry cultivation, feed for the popularization and promotion of herbivorous livestock, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the Japan International Cooperation Agency, implemented in July 2010, the term is 3 years . The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) provides funding support of 50 million yen. At the same time, the project has also been included in the scientific and technological research plan of the autonomous region, with an investment of 100,000 yuan.
Since the implementation of the project, experts from China and Japan have been involved in mulberry cultivation, mulberry feed development, grassland livestock production and animal nutrition. He held more than 50 sessions of technical and academic lectures and on-site guidance, and trained more than 1,500 technicians. A total of 12 people were sent to Japan for training three times, and more than 50 Japanese experts came to Ning for guidance.
At present, the project has completed 4 mulberry feed cultivation and production demonstration bases and one mulberry granule production line; 4 mulberry demonstration parks for construction, with a total area of ​​more than 1200 mu; 4 sets of characteristic mulberry feed formula and feeding process; 3 series of products; drafted and formulated 2 local standards for mulberry feed processing and modulation technology, 2 enterprise standards, 1 patent application, and 5 papers.
Chinese and Japanese experts have carried out research on planting and high-quality feed research and development, the development of mulberry series feed and the impact of mulberry feed on the quality of herbivorous livestock meat. It has opened up a new high-quality protein feed that improves feed structure and reduces farming costs. The obvious role played by mulberry as a protein supplement in breeding has been recognized by farmers and animal husbandry departments, showing good prospects for promotion.
