This is an enterprise or institution that carries out business activities based on the actual product (technical) R&D or production behavior or technical services registered in Wuxi City (including Yixing and Jiangyin) for more than one year.
The “Measures†stipulates that Internet of Things enterprises need to be enterprises and institutions in Wuxi City, and they need to have more than one product (technology) with independent intellectual property rights of the company. The proportion of R&D personnel of the enterprise needs to account for 30% of the total number of employees. Academic qualifications, corporate sales revenue, and R&D expenses are also strictly required.
