Fangcheng: Promoting the development of e-commerce platform with super-hard park as carrier

Hou Jinyao, a member of the county government party group, pointed out at the symposium that e-commerce, as an important part of the country's strategic emerging industries, is of strategic importance for improving county economic strength, adjusting industrial structure, and enhancing competitiveness. Vigorously develop e-commerce, give play to the positive role of e-commerce in the production and management mode of innovative enterprises, industrial organization efficiency, stimulate market vitality, optimize resource allocation, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and promote the development of emerging service industries, and effectively promote the development of county economy. In response to the development of e-commerce in the next step, five requirements are clearly put forward: First, firmly establish the development concept of “big business”. Promote e-commerce enterprises to become bigger and stronger, promote the integration and development of the network economy and the real economy, and strive to achieve the goal of “bigger, standardized management, and brand and cluster development”. The second is to strive to build two major carriers. Relying on the characteristic commercial district under construction, it is encouraged to guide the physical enterprise stores in the park, strengthen cooperation with domestic well-known e-commerce platforms, and carry out network sales business. Relying on the logistics park that is being planned and constructed, it will attract e-commerce enterprises and supporting service enterprises to settle in, and form an e-commerce base and an incubator park integrating multi-functional and multi-business forms such as commodity trade, logistics and distribution. The third is to build an industry e-commerce alliance public service platform, technical support and talent training public service platform, logistics public service platform. The fourth is to strengthen the construction of supporting systems. Further improve the network infrastructure construction, vigorously support wireless broadband and fiber-to-the-home access, and actively implement WiFi coverage applications. The fifth is to promote the concentrated development of e-commerce applications in industrial clusters. With industrial clusters and super-hard materials parks as carriers, the park enterprises are encouraged and promoted to apply e-commerce trading platforms to accelerate the formation of regional and industrial supply chains and industrial chain layouts.
