In the production, there is a kind of parts (Fig. 1), which is processed by a general model knife, the precision is not up to standard, the surface roughness is high, and the productivity is low. Therefore, I designed a double eccentric translation spherical inner hole turning tool (Figure 2). Practice has proved that the turning tool can ensure the dimensional accuracy of the parts, and the surface roughness reaches R(?)3.2.
