Automatic tension control is a tension sensor that directly measures the actual tension value of the tape, and then converts tension data into a tension signal and feeds it back to the tension controller. By comparing this signal with the preset tension value of the controller, the control signal is calculated. The automatic control execution unit makes the actual tension value and the preset tension value equal, so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the tension. The size of the equipment winding and unwinding tension directly affects the product yield, the tension is too large, the winding is too tight, the aluminum foil is easy to produce wrinkles, the tension is insufficient, and the aluminum foil is liable to produce a serious misalignment on the shaft, which may cause a failure.
