Henan Superhard Materials Industry Alliance Annual Work Conference was successfully held

It is necessary to support leading enterprises to continuously improve the equipment level, improve the grade of super-hard materials, increase the variety, and form a complete material line. Focusing on the urgent needs of integrated circuits, automobiles, home appliances and other industries, we will intensify innovation, develop sophisticated and efficient functional superhard materials and products, and build an ultra-hard materials industrial base with international standards. In terms of super-hard materials, we will focus on the development of high-grade super-hard materials such as coarse-grained high-toughness diamond single crystal, gem-quality diamond large single crystal, cubic boron nitride single crystal, diamond ultrafine powder, and supporting the development of new composite pressure-transfer medium and high High-performance raw materials such as new binders for performance products; high-efficiency synthesis technology for large-grain single-crystal and large-diameter composite sheets with high-grade superhard materials, high-grade ultrafine powder preparation technology, new pressure-transfer medium and synthetic catalyst and preparation thereof Key technologies such as technology, bonding agent and sub-optimization of abrasive formula, and increase the yield per unit yield of super-hard materials and high-grade output rate. It will implement projects with an annual output of 300 million carats of high-grade synthetic diamond and 8 billion carats of diamond single crystal. In the field of super-hard materials, we are actively developing super-hard materials such as precision and high-efficiency abrasive tools, laser-welded high-grade saw blades, super-hard materials and composite tools, and supporting the development of large-capacity high-efficiency granulators and multi-blade automatic presses. Material intelligent preparation equipment; breakthrough key technologies such as sub-optimization of binder and abrasive formula, ultra-thin grinding wheel forming technology, product manufacturing precision and mechanical property testing. Implementation of an annual output of 20 million diamond products, 200,000 welded cubic boron nitride tools and other projects. Ms. Guo Huimin from the High Technology Department of the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province gave many valuable suggestions on the issue of enterprise development . The participants at the meeting discussed the existing difficulties encountered by the superhard materials related enterprises in Henan Province.
