The construction quality of linen and flooring has a great deal to do with the quality of grassroots construction. Its requirements for the grassroots can be summarized as: flat, dry, clean, slippery.
1. Flat: It means that it is flat and checked with a 2m ruler. Its surface roughness should not be greater than 2mm. If the grass-roots level is uneven, it is easy to make the surface layer wavy, edging, and empty. In addition, there are small particles of impurities in the adhesive, which will also cause the surface layer to partially bow, causing unevenness.
2, dry: that is dry. The residual moisture (moisture content) of the base layer should not exceed 3%cm when applied. When the moisture content of the grass-roots layer is greater than 3%, the surface layer of the paving elastic floor material is easily hollowed. This is because the moisture boring in the grass-roots layer gradually accumulates in the future. When a certain degree is reached, the weak part of the surface layer will be arched. From the beginning, it is essentially delaminated because of weak bonding, which results in hollowing of the surface. Therefore, the base layer laid with cement mix shall be cured according to regulations after the completion of construction, and ventilation and drying shall be strengthened. The first floor should be provided with a barrier layer to prevent moisture, ordinary concrete ground can not meet the moisture-proof requirements, a layer of moisture-proof layer should be added to the concrete cushion. Commonly used materials such as coils, asphalt, etc. Holes and siphons cause excessive moisture on the base surface.
3, clean: that it should be clean. Because the construction date of the grass-roots level and the paving of the flexible floor coverings are always different from each other for a certain period of time, it is inevitable that the footsteps will be trampled on by others, or other items will be stacked or scattered. Therefore, before the surface is laid, it should be carefully handled (can not be washed with water), such as grease and other impurities, the application of fire or alkaline water scrub, so as not to cause paste effect.
4. Sliding: That is, the surface of the grass-roots level should be hard and smooth, and should not be rough or sanding. The smooth adhesion of the base surface is greater than the rough adhesion. This is because the rough surface forms a lot of fine pores. When the glue is scraped, not only the amount of adhesive is increased, but also the thickness is not uniform. After pasting, due to the more adhesive in the fine pores, the dispersive gas continues to dissipate, and when accumulated to a certain extent, the drum surface or the corners of the panel will be formed in the weak part of the paste.
Flooring requirements for laying linen:
Surface roughness: 2mm/2m
Cement mortar surface strength: greater than or equal to M15
Cement mortar surface hardness: 1.2MPA or more
Base moisture content: 3% or more CM
The surface should be clean, crack-free, peeled, matte, sanding and other defects.
