1. Flat: It means flatness. Check with 2m ruler, the surface roughness should not exceed 2mm. If the base layer is not flat, it is easy to make the surface layer wavy, warped, and hollow. In addition, there are small particles of impurities in the adhesive, which will also cause the surface layer to partially bulge, resulting in unevenness.
2, dry: that means dry. The residual moisture (water content) of the base layer should not exceed 3% cm when laid. When the moisture content of the base layer is more than 3%, the surface layer of the elastic ground material is easily hollowed. This is because the moisture in the base layer gradually accumulates in the future, and when it reaches a certain level, the weak part of the surface layer will be arched. From the beginning, it is essentially a weak bond and delamination, which causes the surface layer to be hollow. Therefore, the base layer laid with the cement mixture should be maintained as specified after the completion of the construction, and ventilation and drying should be strengthened. The first layer should be provided with a barrier layer for moisture protection. The ordinary concrete floor can not meet the moisture-proof requirements. A layer of moisture-proof layer should be added to the concrete cushion. The gas-permeable materials such as coils and asphalt are commonly used to carry out the underground movement of the pressure. Holes and siphoning cause excessive moisture on the base surface.
3, clean: that indicates that it should be clean. Since the construction date of the base layer and the paving of the elastic floor material are always different for a certain period of time, it is inevitable that the person will step on the road, or other items may be piled up and scattered. Therefore, before the surface layer is laid, it should be handled carefully (can not be washed with water). If there are impurities such as grease, use hot or alkaline water to avoid sticking effect.
4. Slip: The surface of the base layer should be hard and smooth, and should not be rough or sanded. The smooth adhesion of the base surface is greater than the rough adhesion. This is because the rough surface forms a lot of fine pores, and when the glue is scraped, not only the amount of the adhesive is increased, but also the thickness is not uniform. After the sticking, since there are many adhesives in the fine pores, the dispersible gas continues to be emitted, and when it accumulates to a certain extent, the surface of the pasted portion is formed to be a drum or a corner.
Laying linen flooring requirements:
Surface flatness: 2mm/2m
Cement mortar surface strength: greater than or equal to M15
Cement mortar surface hardness: 1.2MPA or more
Base layer moisture content: 3% or more
The surface should be clean, free from cracks, peeling, pitting, sanding and other defects.
